Caitlin A. Parsley

Caitlin graduated from Mount Holyoke College in Western Massachusetts in 2010, which is where she fell in love with Massachusetts. She attended Auburn University College of Veterinary Medicine in Alabama and graduated in 2014. She then relocated to Los Angeles for a small animal rotating internship at Animal Specialty Group for one year. She stayed an additional year in Los Angeles working emergency medicine at multiple emergency and specialty hospitals. She moved to Virginia in 2016 and continued to practice emergency medicine. In 2021, she became the ER Director of another Ethos location for three years before relocating back to Massachusetts in 2024 and starting at MVRH.

Caitlin has five pets, including two dogs (a Great Dane and a small mixed-breed dog) and three cats (one with three legs, one with no eyes and no teeth, and a dwarf Sphynx). When not working, she enjoys getting outside, exploring the Boston area, and is on a crusade to try all the lobster rolls in New England.
