Dr. Cheney received her undergraduate degree in Biology from Linfield College, and then went on to receive a Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine at Oregon State University School of Veterinary Medicine in 2017. Following veterinary school, she completed a small animal rotating internship at Iowa State University. Dr. Cheney went on to pursue residency training in small animal internal medicine as well as a master of science in veterinary clinical medicine at Purdue University from 2018-2021.

Dr. Cheney enjoys all aspects of internal medicine, and she particularly likes respiratory disease, endocrinology, and nephrology/urology. When not at the hospital, Dr. Cheney enjoys hiking, running and spending time with her partner and their three cats: Gus, Isis and Lemon.
