Alexandra Pivoda

Dr. Pivoda received her BS in Biology from Cornell University prior to attending the University of Glasgow, School of Veterinary Medicine in Scotland. She returned to complete a rotating small animal internship at Red Bank Veterinary Hospital in New Jersey. She remained there for 2 years as a staff ER veterinarian before joining the emergency team at Massachusetts Veterinary Referral Hospital in 2015.

In 2022 she is excited to help develop and launch the Ethos Veterinary Emergency Training (E-VET) program as E-VET Program Manager. Dr. Pivoda is eager to guide new doctors through this research-based program focused on the highest level of emergency medicine and veterinary care.
