Dianne E. Phillips
Dr. Phillips is originally from Nova Scotia, Canada. She received her undergraduate degree in Biology (with honors) from St. Francis Xavier University before pursing her veterinary degree at the Altlantic Veterinary College at the University of Prince Edward Island in Canada. After graduating in 1998, she completed a rotating internship in small animal medicine and surgery followed by a 3-year residency in small animal internal medicine at Kansas State University. Dr. Phillips was accepted into the American College of Veterinary Internal Medicine in 2002. She has worked as a staff internist at Massachusetts Veterinary Referral Hospital since 2002. Her special interests include protein-losing kidney disease (including Lyme nephritis), chronic airway disease (including tracheal stent evaluation), as well as the medical treatment and evaluation of chronic illness in geriatric pets.
Dr. Phillips is a member of the American Association of Human-Animal Bond Veterinarians as well as the American College of Veterinary Internal Medicine, American Veterinary Medical Association, and Massachusetts Veterinary Medical Association.
