Jen earned her Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Arizona State University in 2002 and brings over two decades of experience in veterinary medicine. She spent nine years working in general practice across Arizona and Massachusetts before joining MVRH in 2008 as an Emergency and Critical Care veterinary technician.

During her tenure at MVRH, Jen served in technician supervisor roles within both Emergency & Critical Care and Internal Medicine, where she played a key role in mentoring teams and advancing clinical standards. Driven by a passion for continuously improving patient care and client service, she transitioned into her current leadership role in 2024.

As Hospital Services Manager for the Medicine Services, Jen oversees the specialties of Cardiology, Internal Medicine, Oncology, and Ophthalmology. She is deeply committed to fostering collaboration, supporting clinical excellence, and ensuring an exceptional experience for both patients and clients.
