Sam Limbardo

Dr. Sam Limbardo knew from a young age that he wanted to become a veterinarian, a passion strengthened by caring for his childhood dog, Max. He earned his degree in Pre-Veterinary Medicine from UMass Amherst and his veterinary degree from the University of Florida College of Veterinary Medicine.

Dr. Limbardo’s interests include emergency medicine, sports medicine, and rehabilitation. He especially enjoys the fast-paced nature of ER medicine and building trusting relationships with pets and their families. He was drawn to MassVet by its positive, collaborative culture and is excited to continue growing as a veterinarian.

Outside of work, Dr. Limbardo is a competitive powerlifter who enjoys exploring Boston’s food scene and spending time with friends and family.
