Dr. Stacey Halse received her veterinary degree from Tufts Cummings School of Veterinary Medicine. She then went on to complete an equine rotating internship at Mid Atlantic Equine Medical Center in New Jersey, followed by a small animal rotating internship at VCA South Shore in Weymouth. She then returned to Tufts Cummings School to complete her residency in comparative ophthalmology. She become a diplomate of the American College of Veterinary Ophthalmologist in 2018 and practiced in Wisconsin following her residency. She joined the Mass Vet Referral Hospital  team in 2020 and is happy to be back in Massachusetts.

Dr. Halse is interested in all aspects of ophthalmology and enjoys both the surgical and medical aspects of the specialty. When not at work she enjoys running, swimming, or kayaking when the weather allows.
