Dr. Zoe Fautz earned her veterinary degree from the Royal Veterinary College in London, UK, prior to moving to Illinois to complete both a rotating and surgical internship. To further her surgical skills, she spent a year at a specialty practice in Ohio before joining Mass Vet for her surgical residency. Dr. Fautz enjoys both soft tissue and orthopedic surgery, with a particular interest in oncologic procedures and trauma care.

Outside of the operating room, Dr. Fautz enjoys outdoor activities including hiking and rock climbing, along with field hockey. When asked, she will not decline a cup of tea and a good book.
